In order to achieve textile printing used in processing methods, it is called the printing process.
Printing method for non-woven fabrics: Printing methods can be distinguished based on printing process and printing equipment, mainly from the following types of printing processes.
1. Direct printing: Dye paste printed on white cloth can also be printed on light colored cloth. Dyes printed on dye paste can be dyed to obtain various patterns. The color of printing dyes has a certain color coverage and mixing effect on light colored ground. This is direct printing.
2. Ink jet printing: It is a method of dyeing and printing on non-woven fabrics. Inkjet printing can achieve good color, clear surface, exquisite patterns, rich color effects, and also has the disadvantage of background dyes when selecting constraints. Moreover, this printing cycle time is long and the cost is relatively high.
3. Anti dyeing printing: It is a method of printing and dyeing on non-woven fabrics. Chemicals that can be dyed with dyeing dyes can be placed in the printing paste before dyeing.
4. Anti printing: When all processing is completed in the printer, this printing method is called anti printing.
